TUITION FEE POLICY:

Learn Tuition Centre Limited programmes are 4-weekly programmes with a 4-weeks payment which is paid in advance. The 4-weekly programme usually but not always includes 8 hours (4 sessions) of tuition divided equally over 4 weeks. Committing to our 4-weekly programmes means that your child/you attend on the time slot designated to you during the week and you may not change the time slot given to you without consulting the management team at Learn Tuition Centre Limited. Prices vary according to the level of your child/you. Learn Tuition Centre Limited may raise the tuition fee at any time with no less than 30 days’ notice in advance.

DISCOUNT POLICY:

Learn Tuition Centre Limited offers a no-discount.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

a) Automatic payment (Preferred Method): if you choose this option of payment, we will save your card details and payments will be deducted automatically in advance. Your account is debited AT THE START OF EACH MONTH (usually in the first week). If you chose to cancel your automatic payment, a cancellation notice of 4 weeks in advance will be needed to stop tuition payment for the following month. b) Pay by Check: make checks payable to “Learn Tuition Centre Limited” c) Debit and Credit Cards: American Express, Visa and MasterCard and other major card payments are accepted through our payment machine.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require one month in advance cancellation notice.

TUITION PAID 4-WEEKLY:

4-weekly tuition fee is neither refundable nor transferable.

WORKING HOURS, STUDY DAYS AND TIME POLICY:

Learn tuition Centre Limited is open for 7 days a week. Our classes start sharply at the time given to your child. Students should arrive 5 minutes before the start of the class time. Lateness is not compensated for; with extra time or a refund. It is important for the student to arrive on time to complete their lesson. Likewise, please ensure that you pick up your child on time. Lateness fee may be applied if you arrive too late to pick up your child. Class times may be subject to change in the future. Our classes are 2- hour classes which are referred to as SESSIONS with a short break in the middle. If you cannot attend the assigned lesson time, please call ahead to let us know.

BEHAVIOUR AND CLASS ENVIRONMENT:

Learn Tuition Centre Limited is an education Centre and certain standards are strictly adhered to by both the student and the teaching staff. To keep an atmosphere suitable for to studying, only students can enter Learn Tuition Centre Limited classrooms. All our classes are ADULT-FREE ZONES (other than staff). Your child may bring snacks and drinks to the classroom. However, no smelly food is allowed. To avoid spillage, only fluid bottles with secure lids are allowed.

HOLIDAYS:

We respect and follow national and religious practises. If you wish to take time off during those days, then please inform us in-advance and we will assign another time slot. Our Centre will be closed every year on December 24th until January 2nd. Specific dates of Centre closings will be communicated with parents directly. If you are planning in leaving for a few days, please let us know at least a week in advance and we will assign enough homework to cover the student’s time away.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURE:

There may be situations in which it is necessary to cancel classes and close our Centre completely to safeguard our students and employees. In case of emergencies we will send messages announcing class cancellations and any related updates on the Centre Limited ’s telephone voice message Centre as well as in our web page and available social media outlets.

ATTENDANCE AND ABSENCE POLICY:

It is vital that the student attends their assigned lesson at the time given to them upon joining. If a student is unable to attend class, please call the Centre at least 3 hours before class time to allow us to arrange teacher-class allocation appropriately. You can do so by email, telephone or our online message system. It is then your responsibility to book for a replacement lesson. Only one replacement class are allowed within one-month.

ABSENCE POLICY:

Learn Tuition Centre Limited, does not refund absence but however if you inform us 3 hours in advance of any absence, we can offer your child/you a replacement time slot within the same 4-week period. Students reported as absent for more than 3 sessions without informing the Centre, will be considered unenrolled and NO REFUND WILL BE OFFERED. Our programmes are of high value and content. Therefore, it is important that students’ study and revise the material we give them to reap the programmes’ benefits.

 

HOMEWORK POLICY:

We always give your child homework to do at home and bring for marking at the next session. Parents are not to give answers to the homework we assign to the student but may assist and offer an alternative explanation to the topics being taught. You’re required to make sure that your child does their homework and unfinished homework may affect their progression in our programmes. You may not mark your child’s work, but you may wish to check for accuracy or wrong answers. We encourage parents to make their child check their answers before being checked by a senior person. It also helps you monitor your child's progress as it keeps you aware of their results and helps the student reach their grade level quicker. We encourage students to review their previously completed work, which is essential in Learn Tuition Centre Limited ’s programmes and can be a tool to promote self-learning ability.

LIABILITY POLICY:

Learn Tuition Centre Limited is not responsible for ensuring that any child stays on the premises. The parent/guardian shall be liable for any damages and injuries caused by their child to other persons and/or property. The tutor is not liable for any Learn Tuition Centre Limited student outside the Centre facility before the student enters or after the student leaves the Centre Limited.
